Modified living spaces are perhaps one of my favourites. Taking something older, run-down, empty or just uninspired is the perfect way to spark your design ideas. This modified barn is lovely. Rustic, but with a hint of contemporary style.
Similar ideas such as this one have been put to use while renovating and re-purposing garden sheds, which make perfect get-away spaces from a main residence.
